I wish I could tell you how great this development is but the truth is there have been a number of problems here since Association Management Specialists started managing the property. Given the way AMS has treated some fellow JH residents, I cannot in all good conciseness keep quiet about it.

Fact: Multiple times back in 2008, AMS did not keep their word (which was in writing) to a resident in regards to fixing a problem with a building. To this day no apology has been issued to the resident, the stone/mortar on this building is STILL cracking and falling off the building, and crack monitors have not been applied to the foundation per the engineer's recommendation.

Fact: The resident used this website's forum and local media to warn others what AMS was doing but instead of diagnosing and fixing the building's problem, AMS first spent its time threatening the resident with a libel lawsuit for stating the facts. Attention AMS: stating facts does not equal libel.

Fact: AMS treats a resident differently from the others. AMS only ordered one resident to remove items from the exterior of their townhouse even though other residents had the same items as this resident on their townhomes for many months without permission.
